TaeKwonDo is a form of aerobic training, a competitive Olympic sport, and a practical system of self-defense. We teach students how to avoid conflict. Equally important is the moral education we provide: Courtesy, Integrity, Perserverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.

Moms and Dads: Why not make it a family event? TaeKwonDo makes a wonderful family activity and excellent dinner conversation. Come join with your kids to loosen those joints and get moving again!
